Bio: Founded Quality Recruiting in response to the closing of Hart‐Merrell Personnel Consultants, a long‐standing recruiter in the Greater Rochester Area.

Ethical and honest with a deeply held belief that employee recruitment should be collaborative and straightforward for candidate and client company. Over 15 years of experience conducting searches at all levels across multiple industries. Empathetic, with an understanding of the personal impact that good recruiting can have on a candidate and a company. An effective listener, good judge of character and natural people person skilled at removing the emotional factor from hiring decisions—a long‐time advocate of a more thoughtful and considerate approach to recruitment.

 Bio: SUNY Oswego alum with a BS in Business Admin, Human Resources concentration. The majority of Cindy’s career was spent at  Kodak in their inbound call center providing product support to customers,  mentoring  and training new CSR’s and acting Scheduler for global call center teams.

 Charitable Causes:   United Way, Hannah’s Hope, Relay for Life, Alzheimer’s Association.

 Interests/Hobbies Downhill skiing, snowshoeing, biking, swimming and golf.

Bio:   Hired in 2005 to create an Administrative Division for Quality Recruiting (QRS). Have managed several long term contract projects since my employment with QRS in the Administrative Division which has contributed significantly to the company achievement of the Rochester Top 100 award in 2008, 2011 & 2012. Several years ago, while with another staffing firm, was a member of the placement team that won the Quality Award from Eastman Kodak.

Charitable Causes: Irondequoit High School Soccer Booster Club volunteer, Annual Breast Cancer Walk volunteer.

Bio: Has recruited for almost all industries from pharmaceutical, telecommunications, finance, energy, automotive, and more. Before coming to Quality Recruiting, he primarily focused on recruiting for Fortune 500 enterprises nationwide. He is looking forward to making an impact on the local Rochester market where he has resided for over a decade, after moving from his hometown of Ithaca, NY.
