Quality Recruiting has an immediate long term TEMPORARY POSSIBLE TEMP-HIRE opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant at a locally owned home improvement company!

The primary duties will be supporting the owner as follows:
Managing the owner’s calendar through Gold Mine.
Revising contracts for customers through Word templates
Processing insurance leads through Exact Analysis
Answering a (5) line phone system

Qualifications:

Strong Word skills with proven multi-tasking skills to work with multiple screens simultaneously.
Familiarity with Excel helpful.
Familiarity with construction industry preferred but not required.

Henrietta location.

Pay up to $15.00/ hr during contract. If hired permanently, pay could increase to $22.00 per hour.

Casual dress code. Full time days. (40) hour work week with office closing at 1:00 pm on Fridays.
